Infantry Brigade repair workshops (REME)

My father was a driver/mechanic repairing of Bren Gun Carriers, attached to the 46 Brigade Workshops (REME), 15th Scottish Division. I have some detail on his war record, his pay book, a testimony etc. but he used to have a 15th Scottish Division book which has somehow disappeared after he passed away. I remember it being a large book with the Division's emblem (red lion in a yellow circle on black) in the centre. There are other possibilities on eBay but I'm looking for something more specific on his unit or infantry workshops in general if anyone can suggest?
