Although I usually don't respond to 'what-are-these' single posters, the photos are nice, as are the items.

They seem to be a good, original pair of WWII ( post-1939 ) German 'Marschstiefel' or 'Knobelbecher' - in other words, genuine Jackboots.

They are the late, short type introduced after 1939, the lack of toe-plates and number of hobnails (41) may point to circa 1941 or later manufacture. The number stamped on the sole is the size in centimetres plus the width.

The indented ( 'horseshoe' ) plate on the heel and diamond-shaped beechwood spigots in the sole are typical identification features, as are the pulling straps which should measure 4x13cm.

All in all, a nice pair which could use some TLC ( ie some gentle hide food to reduce the dryness of the leather ). I'd certainly be pleased if they were in my collection !
