I am looking for information about my grandfather who was a pilot during world war 2. He passed away in December 1993. He was trained in texas. He was in germany for sometime. He spoke about the book burnings in germany. He also spoke about the T-38 i believe. That is all I know. I would love to know if anyone has any information or could lead me in the direction to find more information.

Do you have any of his military records whatsoever? A DD 214 (discharge papers) or other paper work would help immensely. Which service was he in? The more details you supply the better we might be able to help you.
