La Valbonne fight - 179th "F" compagny - September 1st 1944

    Hello everybody,
    I'm french , leaving in France. An american soldier have lost a personnel item in La Valbonne fight, the September 1er 1944. La Valbonne is a village in the East from France.I'm leaving in Meximieux city ( 10 km to La Valbonne ) This man trust me for I 'll try to looking for his personnel item.
    Is somedbody have an action report of this fight ?
