Definately the Jeep. It beat the Germans command card/equivilent--The Kubelwagon, hands down. The russians had our Jeep and built a similar vehicle--not in looks but in its purpose, I do not know the name of that vehicle. The Germans also had The Schwimmwagon, the Brits had a special one built for the L.R.D.P. in North Africa--otherwise, they too used the Jeep.

I agree. The jeep was great and gave mobility to the infantry. One that I think may beat it in the all purpose category would be the American Halftrack. Talk about different versions!

The jeep wasn't very armored at all, but that wasn't it's purpose. It was used with infantry and did a great job at fast, quick attacks and longer ones.
