I have some Legos, but I don't build anything with them.

Name the city? Whew, hard to do, not knowing you.

Make it French sounding? Lego-sur-Comptoir (Lego on the countertop)?
    German. Klein Legosleben (Little Legolife).

    Roll Tide!

I used to build Legos with both my boys, they loved the Knight, Pirate and Western Legos. I still have tubs full of them. They are probably one of the best toys ever made. Both boys have said they have many fond memories of their Lego play time. The grandson just got old enough to start to really be into them, 3 1/2, I broke out the tubs and we built. He had the best time and now all he talks about is Legos and baseball. We shot Liberty Valance, we fought the Indians at Sudro Wells. We fought pirates, we had a great time. He cried and begged to stay and keep playing Legos. Nothing wrong with Legos.

Legadealphia is good, so is Logolopolis.

I like Legoxford. Legosaka is good but it would have to be a Japanese city. Legorsha works if your military is going to be a huge Russian tank army ready to smash Army Group Center.

I'd love to see the military lego creations you are working on.
