Hi Glad to be part of WWII Forum. The stories on this site are fascinating. Great photos, they really bring their tale to life. I'm a british military history writer and have written many articles about my ancestors' naval battles in WW2. I've started writing ebooks about their stories too. I've just published a book about my grandfather's involvement in the Malta Convoy. He sailed on the Brisbane Star and survived to tell the tale.

I've dedicated the book to Thomas Smedley and Bob Sanders, another crew member. You can see it on Smashwords or Amazon Kindle site. Does anyone have any stories about their ancestors' or friends on the Brisbane Star or the Malta Convoy (Operation pedestal was a joint venture between american and british navies). Let me know your stories?

Welcome, Alex. I encourage you to make a formal introduction in the New Members section. Also, it seems you would be able to make some great contributions to our Quill & Ink section. I look forward to reading more about your books and articles there.

Welcome aboard. Could you by any chance give us the title of the ebook?
