    Greetings all,

just been to wwii talk and it was a great site.

Just a proposition to the OKF, to allow the merging of the user databases between these two forums, so that when once registered, he/she need not re-register again, while maintaining the unique identity of each forum. (AKA dusting the ol impexx ;) )

    What do you guys think?
    Regards
    TBA

We could search both forums for threads at the same time?

    Not going to happen.
They are different sites, and will be pushed further in different directions as time goes on. Besides, it's not a snap decision I can make, the admin team there is autonomous. They would have to have buy in with this also, so even if I wanted to do this (which I do not), they would have to want it also (which I'm fairly certain they do not).

No problem TBA. It's a logical suggestion that was brought up when ww2talk came into my possession, but we decided against it then, and it's gone well ever since.

Well, they did take us in when we were homeless for awhile last spring, much to their chagrin though.

Must have been the memory of that "over paid, over sexed, over dressed and over here" thing on their minds....

Heres a stumper, I keep forgetting to take a peek there to see what the place is alike? Anyone have any suggestions to help a possible newby learn the ropes over there? :-D

I would love to see Carl "wade" into them, guns blazing and all. It would be great! Serves them right since we have Stefan....

It might work on a trial basis, for a couple of months or so.

You know, Carl might go over there and stay, since they don't like Texas, chicken fried steaks and John Wayne over there....
