Merry Christmas friends!
Merry Christmas to all. Hope everyone got wishes fulfilled.
Merry Christmas to everyone here.
Seems like Munich is the place to be,perhaps?
South German city Munich had an unexpected warm Christmas Eve on Monday, with the highest temperature reaching 20.7 degrees Celsius.
The temperature in the afternoon came to 20.7 degrees, according to the local Meteorological department. "It has never been so warm on Christmas Eve."
20.7 degrees set a new record for the temperature on the Christmas Eve since when there was temperature record. The highest temperature used to be 14.5 degrees in 1977, which is far below today's new record.
Finally had a chance to sign on while waiting for relatives to show up. I would like to wish all of my fellow Forum Rogues a very Happy Christmas and a Blessed New Year. And take it easy with the egg nog. It's fattening.
Kai- we are about exactly opposite of Munich. Minus 21 c here....Need a Hot Toddy. Hot Toddy Whiskey or Brandy Cocktail Recipe
Nothing exceptionnal to have a white Christmas in Canada I suposse, but you have your pretext to party and enjoy a drink
Depends where in Canada you live, here in the Vancouver area we get a white Christmas about once every 10 years or so. Lots of rain though.

Happy New Year
Happy New year too...I'll be in the fired up van..thats a wanabaygo or summit similar to the yanks on here...Off to a cold beach somewhere...don't know where yet...but I'll be watching sun rise in a duffle coat on a beach with a cocoa in me hands....I'm getting old then...
Tell me about it...took the dog a run to the beach at Broughty Ferry, Dundee the other day. Had to chip the icicles off back at the car!
Poor Gordon. It's about 12° Celsius here, no white Christmas for us this year.
What's that in real money?!
