He underwent surgery and has been put in an artificial coma to allow a better -if possible- recovery

It seems ironic that after all that F 1 racing that it would come to a crash on a fairly slow ski run. I sincerely hope he fully recovers. Grenoble has a medical school so he should be getting good care.

I think they will try to wake him up soon. I think they did two or three ops to get the blood out from causing pressure.

Well the F 1 season is drawing near and unless Red Bull-Renault is sandbagging this will be a far more interesting season, but I admit to0 being a Red Bull-Vettel fan.

I see where Bernie is touting an Azerbaijani F 1 race in a few years, by then it will probably be called the Russian Grand Prix.

Shouldnt we start a F1 2014 for chat about the coming season.
Seems a bit odd having it on the Schummi one.

I always thought it interesting that he loved racing especially against Mika Häkkinen.

Great racing in Spa from both...
