    What scale?

    -------

In N scale MicroTrains made WW2 era Pullman troop sleepers and kitchen cars. They are apparently not being produced currently but are available on ebay and probably Some hobby shops still have them.

    http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=microtrains+line&_from=R40&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xmicrotrains+line+troop&_nkw=microtrains+line+troop&_sacat=0

They also made modern 89' flat cars with military equipment loads. Also out of production. and also several Civil War military trains http://www.blwnscale.com/mt-civil-war.htm and at various times offered some of their regular freight cars lettered for the military.

    -------

In HO scale REI has World War 2 German prototype trains. Very expensive http://www.reynaulds.com/rei.aspx

    --------

    This site lists Military train models I a number of scales - The O - 1 / 43th
    - S - 1 / 64th
    - OO - 1 / 76th
    - HO - 1 / 87th
    - The N - 1 / 160th
    - Z - 1 / 220th h
