Just letting everybody know. If there is anything you would like to see changed, improved or added to these forums, then please send a private message to me (Roel) or the site admin (Skua). Your post will be discussed internally and if it sounds reasonable, we will do what we can. There is a lot we can do for you (if we think that you are right) : move topics, make new polls, announcements, sections, delete topics, lock topics, remove members (extreme measure), delete posts, edit posts... You name it. Just so that everybody knows that all members can always reach us with the private message system. Keep this serious, don't abuse the possibility, but remember it for when you think you could use it.
Yes of course, diablo as well. We now have this section to post suggestions in. So if you have any ideas on how to improve the forum, please post them in this section. Otherwise it is like Roel said. Especially concerning complaints against other members. This must allways be done by PM to the Admin or to one of the Moderators.

I would suggest that the moderators/admins have some kind of indication that they are what they are... Christian
Nah ! We prefer to sneak up on people. But seriously, I have actually given it some thought. And I guess we have to do it anyway if the forum gets larger.
But what use could it be to give moderators some kind of extra sign? If people need us, they can take a look at the section's moderator mentioned below each section on the home page. Any other effect it will have that I can think of is that people will behave in some other way to moderators than what they do to 'normal' members, because they know we can do stuff. Would that be an advance?
Also, "PM Skua or Roel" is written all over this section. I don't know if anyone would really mind if we didn't actually write it on every post we made by giving it a special sign.
Do you mean timezones? We have one Eastern USA moderator and the rest is from various timezones in Europe (GMT, GMT+1 and GMT+2).
Ok guys, due to summer holidays etc, I am the only moderator here (aside from Corp in the 'War at Sea' section), and I am busy at work... So, Please forgive me if my attention to detail seems patchy, or if I seem to be overly harsh or overly lax. Obviously I will try to be as even-handed as possible*. And please please make my job easier by respecting the forum motto: Be Polite. We are here to exchange information & opinion, to debate politely and (where neccessary) to agree to disagree. Wouldn't it be possible to have a couple of Forum members to step in in times of such shortage as a sort of Holiday cover/Temporary Moderators for when there is such a lack? I realise with the forum admin on holiday at the moment it's too late for this time, maybe next year?
