....is huge! I control Prussia, Poland-Lithuania, Hannover, Bavaria, and the lands of the Austrian Empire. I just got blindsided by the United Provinces (the Dutch/Netherlands/Holland...whatever you'd like to call them) but recaptured Hannover from them and am moving my Armies Westwards. Here are some screenshots from my battle vs. Bavaria and my defense of Berlin (against the Dutch).

They're better at killing your own troops! At distance, i thought my line would be safe (like with cannons) since its an arcing shot. Clearly not. Give them a clear line of fire and they'll attempt to shoot units halfway across the map! Effective though, deterred the enemy from using the other breach in the wall (where the civilians were fighting the Indians) that entire battle.

My Empire continues to grow! It is now 70 Million strong, generates ~30K a turn in revenue, and I am able to recruit several units that come with experience. I have fortified my Western Border with Spain and France. A river runs along it, with 3 bridges that now have Star Forts guarding them (along with growing armies). The fourth crossing is a region-capital and is heavily guarded as fortifications are built.

Denmark is guarded by two Star Forts - one on the Hannover Side of a bridge, the other in the narrow strip of land headed towards Berlin. No Swedish Armies will be entering Prussia from that way.

The Eastern Front -which also includes the Ukraine, stolen when some Rebels were occupying the city- is much more open. In Croatia, a massive army led by a General is poised to strike the Ottomans and secure the region. The Ukraine is also being built up and contains a Star Fort on its main road, read to be garrisoned.

A Ford and some Bridges are also guarded by either Star Forts or Region Capitals, all with Armies, to prevent the Swedes from entering from that direction too. Plans have been drawn up to secure to Russian Cities in two turns of battle, while a 3rd Army moves to pen Russian Reinforcements on the wrong side of a bridge.

However, for the time being, Prussia is enjoying a few years of peace and rearmament. Most of all the tech-trees have been researched and Prussia is light years ahead of the enemy. A Naval Fleet of Top-of-the-Line ships is also being built.
