Mystery Montana Soldier

    Hello, my name is Callie and I am brand new to the forums.

    I'm posting this thread to hopefully find some information on a strip of photos of a soldier.

    My boyfriend was recently in Montana, I forgot which town or area, and while he was walking along a highway he found an old beaten-up photo strip stuck in a crack in the road of a young soldier.

    If anyone could maybe identify this man, or help me find any information about his rank or where and when he is from, I would be so grateful.

    I might be wrong, but I think he has ribbons for the European Theater, and one for Good Conduct maybe.

    This strip looks folded and well-worn like it was in a wallet for 40+ years.
    My greatest goal would be to find whoever owned it and be able to return their soldier to them.

    Also, I love how his smile gets bigger as you go down the photos :)
