I'll take a guess and say Arleigh Burke class.

No, it´s not the Arleigh Burke class. The demended class contents only two ships (ever build and still in use) and is approximately 20 years old.

    Che.

Ohr, come on slow cluster, it´s so easy, a small hint it´s not the Spruance-class destroyer even if it looks a little bit like and the class was developed and build not in Europe and not in the USA. :D  ;)

    Best Regards,
    Che.

Haruna/Shirane? Althought they are more like 30 years old...

You´re close, but the ship on the pictures is a Guided Missile Destroyer (DDG) and not a Helicopter Destroyer (DDH), like the Haruna/Shirane.

    Regards,
    Che.

Canaris comes to my mind, I know the picture in context with the sinking of the Bismarck, when the Canaris searched for any survivors ?!

Correct, Canaris-class heavy cruiser as built-form (single stack).

You know, it would be a bit harder if you actually change that picture name before posting it here...

hehe, of course but the point is I don´t see the name anymore since the attachment option somehow changed, formerly the name standed above the picture, but now I see just the picture, seized and without any name. Nevertheless the name is mentioned in the address of the photo, so I´m posting this one here as replacement :kill:

The ship on the left side, which class ?

    Best Regards,
    Che.
