    Okie dokie here’s your penalty and quote….”two laps around Morocco, men with leg wounds can crawl”.

    Hint #1: it’s not from a movie, it’s from an article of a popular satire magazine from the 60s and beyond. The quote was about the protagonist in a very popular WW2 movie of the same name

    Hint #2; the Yanks love and Limeys detest the movie and the protagonist.

    I saw that movie at the base theater, Great Lakes Illinois, fall of 1969.
