I think this is going to be a long shot as I've hit road blocks everywhere. For whatever reason, I have an addiction to naval alerts. Whistles, claxon, GQ, etc. During my years of watching all different movies and documentaries I can't for the life of me figure out how to determine what alert means what on a ship. I'm not even sure I'm making sense, but if I am can someone point me to an information source?
