Need HELP authenticating RZM tag and shoulders

I’m new to the axis collecting, and I know there are a lot of fakes out there, and haven’t seen enough to be able to tell confidently. I don’t want to waste money on crap fakes.

Also, what rank would these before, who woulda worn them. And what is a fair market price for them.
