Need help identifying stamp on Japanese grenade pouch

I purchased a Japanese belt, two ammo pouches, and a grenade box with oiler. I believe them to be originals as they are better quality than the Hikishop stuff, but the grenade pouch has a factory stamp on the back that I don't know who it belongs to. I'm not sure if its kanji, Japanese, or post-war Chinese stamp.
