    Hi comrades!
I know it is not best place to this post, but i don`t see better place. I need to define this quotation.
"Crimes against international law are committed by men, not by abstract entities, and only by punishing individuals who commit such crimes can the provisions of international law be enforced."
I know this is Nuremberg Judgement but i need name and surname, who say this. Really sorry for orthographical mistakes but my english isnt best :/
