    Welcome Tikilal! Happy posting. Salute! Your avatar looks like a Mayan stone engraving. Interesting.

    Thanks all.

    It is a Mayan Stone engraving of the God of Corn, to them corn was the source of life so he was kind of the main God.

    Short of typing in [quote.][/quote.] is there a way to quote multiple posts in one reply?

    :

    Middle button ('Multi-quote this message', highlighted orange) click the posts you want then use normal 'quote' to start replying.
    (Watch it though, can be a sure sign of madness. ;))

    And of course, Welcome. :)

    Cheers,
    Adam.

    Von Poop described it perfectly. I have also included a more brute force method once you get a handle on how the WWII Forums code works:

    I just answered an email about this same question. It's a little complicated but not too bad to pull off.

    Basically hit the "quote" button to the post you want to reply to. Then in the text reply box, highlight all the text and copy it. Now paste the full reply text into the box multiple times, and in each box delete the text you don't want in there. Using your example, when you quote a post it will display the below text. ** Note that I have replaced this: [ with this: { for illustrative purposes.

    {quote=Otto;227042}
    John has a blue dog.
    He likes pudding.
    He smells bad.
    But he has nice teeth.
    {/quote}

    If the above text is the full post simply copy it as many times as you need (in this case four), and delete the lines you do not want, and follow it with your response. It will look like this:

    {quote=Otto;227042}
    John has a blue dog.
    {/quote}
    I thought it was green.

    {quote=Otto;227042}
    He likes pudding.
    {/quote}
    Me too.

    {quote=Otto;227042}
    He smells bad.
    {/quote}
    Me too.

    {quote=Otto;2274042}
    But he has nice teeth.
    {/quote}
    Not me.

    ===================

    The result in the actual post will look like this:

    If the above text is the full post simply copy it as many times as you need (in this case four), and delete the lines you do not want, and follow it with your response. It will look like this:

    I thought it was green.

    Me too.

    Me too.

    Not me.

    ====================================
    God I hope this makes some sort of sense...

    Let me know if this helps
