I wonder if they will ever give AJ McCarron a chance, instead of letting Dalton be the starter. Some of my friends who follow the Bengals more than I do are starting to get fed up with Dalton as well as Marvin Lewis.

I think Marven Lewis is a great guy, he has been a good philanthropist in Cincy, but his offensive prowess is lacking, Defensively he has a great mind. As a players coach, which I believe he is, he holds down the ship, but nothing revolutionary or adaptive in his play calling.

I agree with you on his play calling. Well next week's playoff game between the Broncos and Indianapolis is going to be an interesting one though.

Well honestly along with the Bengals I'm not that surprised that they lost. My dad and I gave up on them a long time ago unfortunately.

Okay I will say that I wasn't surprised that the Lions lost, but I did not follow the game all the way through. What happened with the flag pick up?

Well I read about the reversing of the pass interference call, and I will admit that reverse of the penalty was pretty low.

It was. It was a clear call, defender never turned and grabbed the TE'S arm. I was shocked. No excuse for that awful officiating.

Just so I can get a clearer picture and verify what is the current playoff picture? Are there now 8 teams in the playoffs?

I'm now a little anxious to see who will draft Jameis Winston in the draft this year. Also i wonder if Mariota is going to declare for the draft this year?

Geeze, been workin' jerk. Missed all but the Lions/ Cowboys last weekend...But was blown away by the picked up flag...

Heard the officials "team" was newly put together and weren't familiar with each other..why would they put together officials unfamiliar with each other for such an important game?...hmm maybe Dallas pulled some strings. ..And then to have Christie in Jones' box, them hugging it out after. Looked wrong to me. Christie does things his own way. Fat bastard.

    But, moving forward:

Hope Baltimore grinds Pats into the turf...Pats.

Seattle/Carolina: Seahawks win. Their stadium and fans are an extra man on field... Hawks

Dallas should have lost last week. They are exciting, but think GB has the better quarterback. Plus cheeseheads/weather.

Indy/Denver: Hope this will be a shootout to the last minute. Payton has the most experience. Going with heart: Broncs.

I recently read that because of the refs picking up the flag, that people were beginning to form a conspiracy around it. I don't exactly know much about it, I just know that people were trying to form a conspiracy around it.

No conspiracy. Fixed. It happens all the time. Boxing, soccer, figure skating, etc etc. And that Christie was there, the similarities between politics and football became clearer...Remembering what Christie did with the petty traffic bs, it seems that fixing a call in a simple football game would be easy.

As a general rule, I use the following maxim when evaluating the actions of human beings:

"Never attribute illicit intent to something that can more easily be explained by incompetence."

Besides, this is the NFL playoffs we're talking about, not the NBA draft lottery. ;)

Christie pretty much embodies everything I loath about politicians. Coupled with fact he's getting chummy with Jerry Jones, his public image is a disgrace. Not to mention a New Jersey governor (land of the NFL east Giants and my Eagles) is just icing on the cake.

Sorry KJ Jr ;) [not to get in anyone's face at all] but after the game today and coming back from a 14 point deficit, Go Pats!
