Welcome aboard tundra! I just spent 45 mintes browsing your site, a lot of damn fine info there. It's great to see such a detailed site about a one of my countrymen, WO Brown. It does indeed breath alif of it's own.
Surprising how many Canadian pilots that flew with the unit, truley has been a learning experience about the harsh realities of daily living in the MTO.
Very, very nice site tundra! I took a peek at your photos. It was quite interesting to see P-40 Warhawks all painted with the snarl, and then British markings! I've always liked the underrated P-40, and it's amazing to see yet another unit that used her effectivey. Keep up the great work.
Thanks I am currently working on the Nominal roll it is completed to C, Names starting with D and on will be updated as I track them down.
That is a really good site Tundra. I was impressed with the aircraft losses section. Excellent research. Welcome to the forums.
Thanks for the feedback TA152, the nominal roll is now done up to 430 plus members altho far from complete for ground crew, it is what i have been able to find to Date. The plane losses page still has 4 to 6 holes in it for aircraft serials and will work on tracking them down for fiture researchers. Rob aka Tundra aka RAF 112 sqdn
