I recently made my way through North Carolina again, and though I was in town less than a day, I made time to eat at Fat Buddies. This is truly a top tier BBQ Rib joint, some of the best I've ever had, and that includes a few of the more famous places in Texas.

They didn't have any postcards when I inquired, but a friendly server offered me a blank Fat Buddies gift card, as it matched the chape & size of a postcard, and is printed on heavy cardstock. Handing out a blank gift card is also a good indicator of the high level of trust that exists in this fine little community.
