The National Museum of the Marine Corps is Owen's 7th stop on his expansive American tour. Only dedicated in 2006, this is a relatively new museum, so I'm happy to see it's getting a bit of attention.

That has happened on our last 2 trips to USA , in 2016 & this year.
Thankfully they gave us bigger vehicles without extra charge.

The gift shop is very nice. When I was there I bought a flag for the front of the house, one of those “garden flags” with the Navy insignia on it. They also had a few Navy items. Also I bought a Vietnam War challenge coin, very colorful, one of the large thicker coins that came in a plastic holder.
