I was wondering is it possible to avoid Poland being overrun by Germany by joining the Axis in HOI3:SF. I remember a game where I joned the Axis as Poland in 1937 (by means of some innocent alignment cheating). German army left for the French border and I started preparing for a war with Russia when suddenly somewhere in 1939 Germany issued the normal "Danzig or War" ultimatum even though there were no German forces on the border. I refused and Germany declared war. That led to a ridiculous situation where two countries in the same alliance were waging war while others watched. I don't remember why but I did not reload the game to check if giving up Danzig would prevent the war and I'm curious if anyone tried this fun little scenario. Cheers!
