Question RE: OSS & NKVD Codenames/Codewords

Can anyone provide me with the codename(s) used by the OSS and/or the NKVD for Hitler during the war? One can find just about every other code name out there, but there had to be one for the big fish, no?

P.S., I've heard that the Soviets called him IcePick, but I don't believe that was official; I would like others.
