    Seeking info about a pilot William Rice. American volunteered to RAF Killed 1942 in India. There is a plaque at Symrna Cemetary in commemoration. He is not buried there. My Fathers cousin. Just curious about his service in RAF. There is a marker for him in England. Not buried there . Presume he was lost in India.

    This record could be his?

    CWGC :: Casualty Details

    Parents are listed as from Savannah, Georgia, the only other "William Rice" in the database is from Australia I believe.

    Best of luck with your search.
