Really now make some ww1 games...

WW2 games are getting boring, lets get some WW1 games for once! They have a civil war game shooter and thats awesome. So why not WW1?

 

They are meant to be releasing a WWI game possible in 2009. The name of the game and developer escapes me now but I do remember reading about it earlier this year a long with seeing a few screenshots from the early development of it.

Edit found it. Although it's been announced for quite a while I'm not sure what it's current status is:

I totally agree! I had a WWI fighter plane game and used it until I got the laptop with Vista crap. I sure miss it.

ww1 was a wierd war everybody would just charge each other and hope there trench did,nt get overrun I mean what kind of weapons would you use

Well, here's a good WWI Flight Sim: Flyboys The Game

 

It's not as popular because nobody wants to sit in a trench for hours and then charge and get mowed down. Pretty monotonous.
