    The gunners' compartment, accommodating three men in top and side blisters, was pressurized, presumably why Sgt. Krantz was blown out when his blister was destroyed. Makes me wonder if they ever depressurized when expecting combat.
    The gun turrets were remotely controlled by sights in the blisters. This system was copied for the laser cannon controls on the Millenium Falcon in the original Star Wars.
