Ross Rifle bayonet

    Hope putting a WW1 weapon here is ok.
    Not sure of the actual name for this knife. There seems to be many different names. Mark I or II?... View attachment 14105 I know it is a spear point. The attachment button works well still. Manufactured Dec/1916? Not sure what the 11 above the date means or the other 2 marks are. There is a mark on the sheath that I forgot to write down. Not sure if thats important info or not. Thanks for any input.

    Finding that the Ross was basically a bomb. I found something humorous regarding the Ross and Parliament proceedings regarding the inquiry in 1916: Ross RIFLE. (Hansard, 2 August 1916)
