    Schwere Luft,
Some interesting info here. Still, I wonder just how these men put up with the confining space when it came time to rest, eat and relieve themselves. Were they able to open the manhole hatch during calm seas and stand up for awhile? Probably some silly questions here but, I can't help but wonder just how anyone could take being cramped up like that over a few days...

    very nice pics Jan !

Helmut Blocksdorf produce his work in English titled " Hitlers Secret Commando's. very well done and researched. from the pics of the two Boots it appears the right one has a white conning tower ?

also an expensive book done up on the Seehunds out of München just translated I have understood from the Munich Seehund society, interesting place to have this done. quite detailed from what I gather.

Other amazing website about Seehunds is: http://www.one35th.com/seehund/sh_index.html Surf carefully and enjoy! Specially I like the 3-D designs, but all the sections are equally interesting.

yes it is a good link/site Jan. look at references and you will see Klaus Matthes book on the Seehund but the price is terrible he has refirbished the book with English and it runs approximately 90.00 US now from München
