Sending For Records

    Hi.... can you send for a soldiers service records, when you dont know there service No.? I was told he was in the Royal Enginers, but have no proof this was true:eek:

    He was, at some point in Italy, and Dunkirk....add to this he deserted a few times and was in 2 prisons that I know of, Shepton Mallet Somerset, and Walton prison Liverpool.. I don't think I have enough info to send for his records but thought it best to ask the experts:)
