Norman was a witness and participant..Today he is still fighting battles...ones of a different but still dangerous type. But thats another matter.

His story on his involvement of the sinking of the Scharnhorst broadcast recently.

This vetran by the way is reviled by many in the UK for his stands. Ones which are ones many vetrans would make if they were still with us.

Google "Norman Scarth" and you will find out...

He has his supporters and detractors.

Be careful on the google though...When a judge says he has medical problems that is the judges view not a medical view.

He has enough intelligence and nouse to take the govt to European court and win various rulings that have changed the law in this country.

He will though not be quitened by anyone. The latest court ruling in UK allowing folk to converse in courts to the outside world is directly because of his challenges in this area.
