    SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- It may have been just a rusting steel frame standing admidst a field of huge oil tanks, but an old factory from the New England Shipbuilding Corporation, builder of more than 200 Liberty Ships during World War II, met its end at the hands of a demolition crew on Wednesday.
