Soviet Army Rank Abbreviations

    I have the Russian and English translations for the Soviet Army ranks around the period of 1940-1942. What I have been looking around for hours is the abbreviations for those ranks. For example, the american army rank "Private" had the abbreviation of Pvt. I need the ones for the Soviet Army both in English and Russian.
