Hello I can help you wiht ranks, pins and medals. This may help you to identify these soldiers. You picture was taken in 1943 at the earliest possibly 1944 or 1945. No stripes on the shoulder tabs = 2nd class soldier . Two stripes = Serzhant Medals : stars with striped ribbon : order of the Glory 3rd class and some have the 2nd class circular medal with white ribbon and red diagonal : Stalingrad defense Commemorative.. Small pin : excellent sniper badge small pin wit red star and soviet flag : honorary guard pin Hope this helps.
All of them have sniper pins on their right chest. Bottom row, middle woman has the Order of the Red Star. This covers medals, orders and pins.
