In 1941, Pedro was in Honolulu, Hawaii, working in a pineapple factory when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor several miles away.

In 2001, he was living in Great Falls when terrorists flew planes into the Twin Towers in New York City and the Pentagon in the nation's capital far from Montana.

But he had a front-row seat for one of the biggest stories of the 20th century — the Nuremberg Trial of Nazi Germany's leaders after World War II.....
