I read a book awhile ago, "Tank". Excellent book, about the beginnings of tank warfare but it also deals with the cutural and social impacts the tank has had on society.

The book was amazing and I have a craving to read it again but I cannot remember the authors name nor can I find the book on the internet.

If anyone can help me out, it would make me a very happy person. :D

    Thanks!

The only one that comes to mind that's titled just "tank" is
also subtitled A History of the Armoured Fighting Vehicle. By Kenneth Macksey and John H. Batchelor. That the one?

No, I don't believe so. This books sole title was Tank, and it had only one author.

    Thanks anyways Oli!
