There aren't as many WW1 movies ,as WW2 movies , but there are still a lot out there . Which one do you think is the best? , My favourite is Gallipoli

All quiet on the Western front, no doubt. Shows much more of the horrors and unfairness of trench warfare than Gallipoli instead of focusing on personal stories.

I like both of the Western Front movies, the older black & white and the color version.

SGT York and The Fighting 69th are others but Hollywooded up a bit. Good for entertainment though.

Bill Murray done a WW1 drama about volunteer American ambulance drivers called The Razor's Edge (or something similar).

There is a Paul Hogan movie called Anzacs about the Australian-New Zealand Army Corps. Gallipoli is a great movie, too.

ANZACs was a sereis of five hour long episodes, it was very good, if you ignored the anti British piss taking

I always liked the Blue Max with George Peppard and Aces High with Malcolm McDowell.

All Quite on the Western Front; I like the acting in the color version better. The story line stayed closer to the original story in the b&w film.

Paths of Glory was a great film, too.

    How about Lawrence of Arabia?
