Ok. Here are the basic rules etc for how this is going to work. I will post information and screenshots and a question or two with a few options as far as answers. You Rogues will then consider the information provided and then select an answer. Whichever answer has the most responses (in a 12 - 18hr period) is the option I will go with. For instance, Technology - I will present the techs i can research, and let you Rogues decide which one to research first (I will also detail how long it will take to research and its effects). I will also present the turns budget and present options on what it can be spent on. Militarily, I will also ask what the general plan will be (depending on Nation) and work towards carrying that out as best as I can. This will also require a small group of Rogues to be constant participants (a counsel of sorts). Let me know if interested here.
