    Yeah, it is. I used it in the Urban Warfare Phase III study. What especially struck me, given the noise being made in the 1990s and early 2000s about how "different" urban warfare was the statement "Street fighting in Manila was normal and advanced no principles or tactics not already covered in FM 31-50." That reflected similar assessments regarding Brest and Aachen.
