What do you think of Ian Kershaw? And there is also the man whose name is taboo and who was condemned for denial of the Holocaust and who has written "Hitler's War ".

 

I have to admit I've never read any of Kershaw's work, and only one selection from the "Irving" collection, dealing with the loss of the convoy on the Murmansk run. I threw it into pile of "free books" at the library.

David Irving was and remains a decent writer/novelist of fiction, but he never was a historian nor should he be considered one. His latent Nazi sympathy didn't appear initially remember.
