    Hello!
There are many spots in German, on buildings, ralways, airports, and private villas that used to have the Nazi eagle and swastikas, and are still around (a censored version of course, but still there nonetheless). It is an interest piece of history when you find one.

    Here are a few examples:

    More to come...

It seems impolite not to link to the excellent site, familiar to many here, that most of these come from:
    Third Reich in Ruins

    Is it your site, VK?

Calm down! In my very first post, I said "all photos courtesy of thirdreichruins.com"
I agree, it IS an excellent site! Everyone here should check it out who hasn't already! I am merely informing about its existence, wating to share with those who may not have seen it. Jeez.

Does anybody have any more of these types of photos?

It would be much more impressive if you did these yourself, a la jagdpanther44. Look for the Then and Now pics. They are truly unforgettable.

Good pictures, I remember seeing some of these in the past, always great to see these kind of historical comparisons.

The eagle in the first post doesn't look like it's very well kept, interesting to see "country" at the bottom was removed but the other words ("freedom", "honor") were kept.

'Third Reich In Ruins' is an excellent resource which I've used for many years. Highly recommended.....

of course you were Adam...still are.
Like you I've no idea why VK thought it a good idea to post a bunch of pics here from another site when a simple link would suffice..
