Hi all I hope it's ok that I mention a new book project, we are working on. We are restoring and publishing the Neptune Monograph for the first time in history. The top-secret report was vital in the planning of D-Day and only a few full copies exist today. As a former Editor in Chief of a range of history magazines, I must say this is quite a unique piece of history. If you would like to follow our project you can check it out here facebook.com/neptunemonograph. Hope to see you and have a great Wednesday. Henrik
The copy I used for Cracking Hitler's Atlantic Wall was No. 313 and is from NARA II's OCMH working files collection. It looks like you have 343? Where did you get it from? Most BIGOT documents for NEPTUNE were produced in issues of about 600 and copies of many can be found in various American and British archives, IIRC including CARL, Fort Leavenworth, AHEC/USAMHI, Carlisle Barracks, and the U.S. Naval War College, Newport.
