A masked gunman stormed a German cinema on Thursday, shooting 25 people before he was killed by police. Motivations of the shooter are not yet known. I never like to assume anything until I get confirmation, but I must admit I almost feel like a bad person to suspect a specific religious motivation. Time will tell.

It's good that no one was killed except the attacker.

    No real guns were involved.
I guess, something like the crazy autist, who tried to kill Trump. They wanted to be famous and important for an instant and they managed to do so.

If this was his intention, he was very lucky.
In Germany, cops are always trying not to kill.

My initial reading was way off. 25 people injured by the tear gas, he didn't shoot anyone. Someone deranged looking to end their life.

That will teach me to make assumptions.
