    Grrrrr.... that the abbreviation "SS" is also used for Steam Ship and in German for Sommersemester (summer term), doesn't help researching. ;)

    He was a former Blue Division member and the unit ended the war fighting in Berlin.

    No my friend. Here is the answer. The unit was Sturmabteilung "Ezquerra" let by Obersturmbannfuhrer Miguel Ezquerra. Last days in Berlin.

    Next question, which Waffen SS unit captured Gen Vlasov the future commander of the ROI?
