I'm doing research. After Brussels was liberated by the Welsh, the US First Army went to Wallonia a few days later. I'm curious what happened after Foy was liberated. What troops/companies stayed behind on the line? I know First Company came back under Hodges for the Battle of the Bulde, but I'm interested in the stories about what was going on after liberation/before Bulge.

    Does anyone have any leads?

    Thank you!
