    You may know there's a Jack Reacher TV series just started, and they did get someone the right size.

    Pensacola is a good one. I used to do Pensacola and the USS Alabama (Mobile) as a one day, and then over to New Orleans for Ambrose's museum the next. It has been a while though. Going North instead of West, Ft. Benning is a good trip for me too.

    I've been lucky enough to do some traveling since I last posted;

    Arlington Cemetery still tops the list of Must See's.
    Take a walk, stop often and read the names. If you don't leave with a lump in your throat or tear in your eye you aren't Human. Plan on a full day, peruse the souvenir shop on your way out. Oh and you might consider carrying a couple dollars worth on pennies.

    Wendover, Nevada:
    Small but large with history. Think - Enola Gay !
    Last time I was there you could walk right into the pilots waiting room - same room that a few people we know their names walked in.

    Just in case and FYI if you see a coin on a grave.

    "A penny means you visited.
    A nickel means you and the deceased veteran trained at boot camp together.
    A dime means you and the deceased veteran served together in some capacity.

    A quarter is very significant because it means that you were there     when that veteran died."
