I believe this movie stars Alec Guiness (Obie-won from Star Wars) as Hitler. It portrays him as being very dilusional and moving pegs of Divisions around on his map inside the bunker that no longer exist. Eva is there as well as other well known Higher-ups. The movie climaxes with Hitler and Eva's suicide. Not a very top rate picture in my opinion, and I can't remember anythging about uniforms. Sorry.

Or is it the Bunker with German Waffen-ss soldiers in the western front and the ghosts of dead people are haunting the place...? At least I bought this bunker this January.

Can anyone suggest any German made German speaking movies with English sub-titles available on the American market such as "Stalingrad" and "Das Bruke?"

Das Boot which tells about life on board a German submarine is German Speaking with English subtitiles. Think the film was made in the early 80s and is directed by Wolfgang Petersen. I know it is available in British shops (its on Channel 4 this Sunday even) but whether it is on the American Market I don't know  .

Wilconqr--go to www.belleandblade.com you can find those and many more there.

I also suggest: Der teufels general and Stalingrad dogs, do you want to live forever? Stalingrad is a remake of this fine film. Oh and get the trio of 08/15 movies--these i'm told are VERY good.

C- I just remembered asking this. This is a great place to find documentaries and movies. I just wish some of their prices weren't so steep.

I agree--unfortunately they are. You could get lucky and find these at www.amazon.com might be worth a look see.
